About the Creator

Hi everyone!!!

I'm Julie the creator of the Elysium Knits store. I'm  23 years old and love to crochet, knit, stitch, sew, weave, and embroider. I first learned my craft as I watched my great-grandmother crochet and it was just mesmerizing for me. I then began to watch my maternal grandmother sew and embroider. Which began to encourage me even more to learn. I first started by learning how to embroider on a small handkerchief, which then lead to me sewing and fixing garments that were damaged, which then lead to me learning how to crochet scarves, blankets, and beanies. Which then lead to me learning to use a loom to weave the same items. It's an amazing skill that I'm proud to have and I hope those who purchase my items can find joy in these handcrafted gifts! ​
